This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on crochetmuse.store, operated by ELYAKOUBI LLC, trading as CrochetMuse ("CrochetMuse", "we", "us", or "our").
DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY
CrochetMuse sells digital products only, such as crochet PDF patterns and crochet business guides and planners. Nothing is shipped by mail, so there is no physical shipping and no shipping cost on any order.
HOW DELIVERY WORKS
After your payment is complete, your products are delivered in two ways:
— By email: we send a download link to the email address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes of your purchase.
— On the order confirmation page: you can also download your products right away from the page you see after checkout.
Delivery is available worldwide, as long as you have an internet connection and a valid email address.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
Your download link is sent to the email address you enter at checkout. Please make sure it is typed correctly before you complete your order. If the email address is wrong, you will not receive your download email. If this happens, contact us and we will help you get your files.
IF YOUR EMAIL DOES NOT ARRIVE
If you do not see your download email within a few minutes:
— Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
— Search your inbox for "CrochetMuse" or your order number.
— If you still cannot find it, email us at alisaalbaqurequi@gmail.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. We will resend your download link.
